On Saturday, May 2, 2026, Toastmasters District 49 will host its Annual District Conference in Hawai‘i—a gathering of leaders, professionals, and communicators from across the islands -- at the Hilton Hawaiian Village (South Pacific Ballroom). This event is our signature celebration of growth and achievement, drawing participants from diverse industries who are committed to honing their leadership and communication skills.

To make our conference accessible and impactful for all attendees, we are seeking sponsorships. Your support will help defray event costs while providing your business with valuable visibility to a community of motivated leaders and decision-makers.

We also have plans to create a District 49 Souvenir Booklet.  This book will chronicle all of the activities we shared in our respective clubs and our collaborative journey to Smedley Distinguished.  Each club will have an opportunity to create its own memory on a page.  This will highlight their excitement, their struggles, and their triumphs!  Think high school yearbook!  We offer this opportunity to purchase a full colored page in our souvenir booklet.  Each page costs $150.  Page layout must be according to the guidelines of the Souvenir Booklet Committee.  Payments can be made to Toastmasters District 49.
